"I must say after dealing with another Harley dealership in my hometown, Harley of WV was a breath of fresh air. I bought a Sportster Iron and dealt with Toby, he has been extremely accommodating and engaged in some phone tag a couple of times. The whole experience was outstanding Toby got me financed with no trouble, called to touch base with me a couple of times. It was good to deal with a business that wanted my business and didn't brush me off. They have about three times the motorcycles on their showroom floor, than my hometown Harley dealership. That tells me they sell a whole bunch of them, which means they treat people right, just like my experience. "Been looking for a used Road King for months. On line or telephone for hours on end. Found the bike I bought on line and had the chance to talk to Mark Ryan at the Charleston Store. My wife and kids and I went on a Saturday after I worked a 12 hour shift in the coal business and found the dealership that wanted our business. We drove 2 and 1/2 hours to the Charleston Store when I could have been to Pikeville HD in 5 min. But It was worth every second of the trip. We got to the store a 3 o'clock they close a 4 o'clock but that did not matter to Mark or any of the staff. They made us feel at home and stayed well past closing to make the deal. I cant say enough about the staff at WV HD. They are all Great. Thank you for a great buying experience and I know where I will buy my next bike. I would highly recommend them to any one wanting a hassle free experience."

"I've had 7 harleys in my days, but only one brand new one the new 2012 Slimline. Mark at H-D of WV made me want to buy the bike even more and made the deal fast and easy. From the time I looked at the bike 'til I road it off in the rain it only took around 4hrs. He's far most the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. "After riding 35 years on metric bikes we finally purchased our first harley, the electra glide classic. We love it! It took a few miles to get used to the weight of the bike,no big deal. I was overly impressed with the way that HD of WV treated you as a customer.I suppose I had become accustomed to the wham bam (are you still here)approach that some of the other cycle dealers have. My last bike was a Yamaha Stratoliner. Great motorcycle, but when I attempted to buy some new tires I was informed that I could get them in four weeks. NOT GOOD! We had planned to take a week to ride down to New Orleans. I called every Yamaha dealer around and got the same story from all of them, no tires in stock. This was the last straw. I went down to the Harley shop the next day. They gave me a fair trade value for the Stratoliner on the purchase of the electra glide. We hit the road a week later and put 2400 miles on the bike in five days before returning home. It was a great ride! BUT IT IS TRUE. YOU CAN RIDE A MOTORCYCLE, OR YOU CAN RIDE A HARLEY DAVIDSON. I am now convinced that there is a difference. My thanks to all!"

"It is with great pleasure I write this. I bought my first new bike and my first Harley on Oct.7,2006 at the New River Gorge H-D Shop in Hico. My story is a long one but I love telling the people I meet all about my experience in Hico. Alicia, Tink, and Rocco were awesome. They went well beyond the call to see that the day I decided to by my 2007 Heritage Softail Classic that when I left I was riding my new bike. They closed at 4:00 that day but Alicia and the guys waited on me to get there. I arrived at 4:30 and they had already began prepping my bike. They did not rush me to get me out so they could go home but patiently worked with me until I was ready to roll out. I finally left at around 6:30 beaming from ear to ear. They were as anxious to get me on the bike of my dreams as I was. If there is any kind of award given to your staff I whole heartedly hope they receive that award. They made my dreams a reality that day. Thanks again Alicia, Tink, and Rocco. And Alicia sorry I made you late for dinner. I owe all of you a big one."

"I've dealt with Harley-Davidson of West Virginia for the past 14 years, purchasing 3 new bikes, having service performed at regular intervals, parts & accessories, eating lunch in the diner, etc. Everyone treats me great and knows me by name. I recently had a flat on my bike but the Service Department was booked up but had me drop it off saying they would work it in whenever possible. I went up to the diner for a cold drink and to call my wife to pick me up on her way home from work. Then I looked down in the service area and saw my bike on a lift with the flat tire coming off the bike. I was VERY surprised! I didn't expect to get it done that quickly, so I called my wife back and said never mind, that they almost had me finished. The guys really exceeded my expectations and once again reminded me why I love coming to the dealership for any of my needs. A+, Top Notch, Gold Plus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"On Saturday, 9/11/04, my starter went out on my 2002 Road Glide. After having it trailered to New River Gorge Harley-Davidson Shop and after talking to Tink Gillespie, your Service Department began working on it. Jeremy Preast worked diligently, troubleshooting and along with Tink, they replaced the starter and got me on my way. I can't say enough about these guys and their attitudes. Jeremy even stated he would stay past the four o'clock closing time to make sure it was done, if needed.
