You didn't buy just any motorcycle - you bought a Harley-Davidson® motorcycle! You shouldn't take your motorcycle to just any repair shop. Take it to the Harley-Davidson® professionals. We've got the experts you've been looking for. Our factory-trained technicians have a combined total of more than 70 years worth of experience with Harley-Davidson® motorcycles.
All of our technicians are factory-certified and trained through Harley-Davidson® Motor Company and follow a continuing education plan through Harley-Davidson® University. This means that they are completely up-to-date on the latest developments for your particular model.
Call for an appointment and let us get your motorcycle back on the road today! 304.768.1600. We will schedule you a day to bring your bike in - service is first come, first served on your scheduled day and we open at 9 a.m. During the busy riding season, keep in mind that we COULD be booked up as much as 2-3 weeks.
You can also click on the Service Appointment REQUEST button and submit your information online. Submitting an appointment request is NOT a guarantee that your requested day will be available. One of our Service Staff will contact you by phone within 1 business day to confirm your appointment. If you submit a request on Sunday or Monday when our Service Department is closed, keep in mind that it will not be received until Tuesday. Please submit a good daytime contact phone number so that we may reach you. If you have not received a call within 24 business hours, please call us.
When scheduling your appointment, please note that we will need your bike for the entire day of the scheduled appointment. You can drop off the day before but should plan on pick-up the day AFTER your scheduled day unless we advise you otherwise (i.e. larger jobs). As always, we will notify you when your bike is ready to be picked-up.
We will take your motorcycle without an appointment, however we don't recommend it. Work-ins are just that: worked-in IF and when a spot is available.
Even though it's a seasonal business and we get very busy during the summer months, our goal is to set a reasonable, reliable completion date for most scheduled repairs.
We also offer pick-up and delivery service. If you're too busy, if the weather's too unpredictable, if your bike won't run - don't neglect your bike. We have a motorcycle trailer ready to go. This service is a lot cheaper than a tow truck - and safer, since we know how to move motorcycles.
In case of emergency, Harley-Davidson® of WV recommends Charleston Auto. They have 24-hour towing service. 304.984.3626.
If you are a National H.O.G. member, contact H.O.G. Roadside Assistance 24-hours a day at 1-888-443-5896. National H.O.G. members are entitled to one free tow every year, with a maximum of $100. You can upgrade your membership for unlimited service at 1-800-CLUB-HOG. |
