Harley-Davidson of WV won the Bronze Bar and Shield Circle of Excellence award for the 2011 model year from Harley-Davidson Motor Company. The dealership also won gold for the 2006, 2004, 2003, 2002, 1999, 1989, and 1987 model years.

Harley-Davidson awards the Bar and Shield Awards for excellence in customer satisfaction and dealership performance. These awards are given annually to a select group of dealers.

Harley-Davidson of WV's other Motor Company awards include the Silver Bar & Shield for the model years 2007, 2001 and 1998; the Bronze Bar & Shield for the model year 2010 and 2000; Parts & Accessories Retailer of the Year 2006; General Merchandise Retailer of the Year 2005; and the Service Excellence Award 2003.
